This is the second Toyota Publica seen in Vietnam, with some differences compared to the blue model that was revealed two months ago.
This special Toyota Publica 800 is owned by a businessman living in Ho Chi Minh City, who owns many different unique car models. The car has a white painted exterior, a rearview mirror placed on both sides of the front of the car, on the hood, and a white borderless suspension that looks significantly newer than the previous blue version.

The interior of the car is still in quite original condition, with a seamless driver's seat and passenger seat design. This is a unique and interesting detail. The interior parts of the vehicle all show good preservation, reflecting the careful care of the vehicle owner.
Toyota Publica is a car line with a long history, developed from the "national car" idea announced by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Japan (MITI) in 1955. The model must meet a series of strict criteria such as maximum speed over 100 km/h, weight under 400 kg, fuel consumption not exceeding 3.3 liters/100 km at an average speed of 60 km/h, and outstanding durability with the ability to operate over 100,000 km without major repairs.

Toyota produced Publica from 1961 to 1978, becoming the company's smallest model during that time. In addition to the original 2-door version, this car line also has many variants such as sedan, convertible, coupe and especially the pickup truck - which is very rare today. Publica is also the foundation for the birth of special car lines such as Toyota Sports 800 and Toyota miniAce.
