As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, a bus conductor on the Hanoi - Ninh Binh route was suddenly beaten with a dust bag, causing injuries at Giap Bat bus station.
On August 18, Giap Bat Bus Station issued document No. 96-TB-BXGB on temporarily suspending the service of vehicles violating transport regulations and vehicle contracts entering and leaving the station for cars with license plate 35B-009.26 of Ninh Binh Automobile Transport Cooperative (running the Giap Bat - Nho Quan route) violating the rules and regulations of the bus station when allowing drivers and bus assistants to fight, attract passengers and disrupt security and order at Giap Bat Bus Station.

Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tung - Director of Giap Bat Bus Station said: Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2024/ND-CP dated December 18, 2024 of the Government on business and business conditions for automobile transportation; Circular No. 36/2024/TT-BGTVT dated November 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Transport (old) regulating the organization and management of automobile transportation activities and road transportation support services; Pursuant to the Contract, appendix to the bus station service contract between Hanoi Bus Station Joint Stock Company and inter-provincial passenger transport enterprises; Pursuant to the working minutes and image data on the Giap Bat Bat Bus Station surveillance system dated August 15, 2025, 2025, the vehicle registration and transportation records can be shown in and out of the bus station.
Giap Bat Bus Station has decided to refuse to serve (penalty) for 5 days, from August 19, 2025 to August 23, 2025, for vehicles violating regulations on inter-provincial passenger transport. Specifically: The Revenue Team does not issue an Emittment Order for vehicles that are being refused service; The Executive Team strengthens inspection, supervision, and prevention of vehicles that are suspended from entering the station in any form. When discovering that the vehicle was intentionally suspended from operation at the station, a record must be drawn up, coordinated with Giap Bat Ward Police to take the violating vehicle out of the station and report to the Board of Directors for further handling according to regulations.
"If bus station officers and workers cover up and assist suspended vehicles entering the bus station to operate, they will be disciplined according to the rules and regulations," Mr. Tung emphasized.
