On August 11, teacher Tran The Vinh - a teacher at Ha Linh Secondary School - said: In 2019, he was transferred from Chu Van An Secondary School to work at Ha Linh Secondary School, about 20km from home. After completing the transfer period, teacher Vinh and many other teachers wished to return to their old unit or be arranged to a school with a more favorable location to stabilize their work and take care of their families.
Recently, the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training organized a working session with teachers in the old Huong Khe district and related localities, agreeing on a plan to rearrange work. Accordingly, teacher Vinh will return to Chu Van An Secondary School from the 2026-2027 school year.
Being able to return to a school near home, I am very happy because I have more favorable conditions to take care of and pick up young children. I sincerely thank the leaders of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training and local leaders for creating conditions for teachers to complete the mobilization period and return to their old schools; thank Lao Dong Newspaper for reflecting the incident, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of 68 teachers" - teacher Vinh shared.
Leaders of the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training confirmed that the unit has worked with relevant localities and the group of teachers who were previously transferred to schools lacking teachers, thereby agreeing on a plan to arrange for teachers to return to their old schools or schools with more favorable locations.
Mr. Bui Nhan Sam - Director of Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training - said that organizing and mobilizing a large number of teachers is a difficult task, related to staffing, job positions and the actual needs of each educational institution.
The organization and mobilization work is very difficult and sensitive, and implemented with a large number of teachers, so it is extremely difficult. However, with the view of protecting teachers' rights, we have tried and completed this task" - Mr. Bui Nhan Sam said.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reflected the case of 68 teachers from the old Huong Khe district being transferred to work at schools lacking teachers for a certain period of time.
After completing the mobilization period, teachers who wish to return to their old schools are arranged to a more convenient unit. However, the resolution is prolonged during the time when the locality implements the arrangement of the organizational structure and switches to a two-level local government model.
To date, the arrangement plan for 68 teachers has been completed, helping teachers stabilize their work and be more convenient in taking care of their families after many years of serving in schools far from their residence.
