In particular, arrange forces and have a strict emergency plan in 3 areas (on-site - stand area, buffer zone, contingency area), design an emergency flow in accordance with the actual conditions of each hospital and the current traffic system, ensuring the transportation of patients to the nearest medical facility quickly, safely and effectively.
The 115 Emergency Center and 44 satellite emergency stations are ready with 64 ambulances with full equipment and emergency medicine for the rescue of people in the community, mobilizing 20 more 2-wheeled ambulances to participate in the buffer zone, ready for emergency situations in areas with many people, ambulances are unlikely to reach the scene.
The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has requested 146 first aid points of the Red Cross Society to be ready to serve first aid during the April 30 holiday.

The City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) plans to ensure disease prevention during the series of events and activities of the celebration.
At the same time, in coordination with medical facilities, the Department of Food Safety strictly inspects food hygiene and safety from the stage of purchasing initial raw materials to the process of transporting, preserving, processing and using food. Promote activities to ensure food hygiene and safety at hotels, accommodation facilities, conference locations and commemorative activities.
Hospitals and medical facilities in the city assign and arrange forces to participate in medical groups at parade and parade points according to the allocation diagram.
