On September 25, at Nghe An Oncology Hospital, Director of Nghe An Department of Health Le Thi Hoai Chung presented the decision to appoint the Director of Nghe An Oncology Hospital to People's Doctor, Doctor, and Doctor Pham Vinh Hung.
The ceremony was attended by leaders of departments, branches, sectors, localities, and representatives of health units in the province.
The Director of the Department of Health acknowledged the contributions of previous generations of leaders, and highly appreciated Mr. Pham Vinh Hung's nearly 30-year dedication process from being a treating physician to holding many management positions.
Ms. Le Thi Hoai Chung expressed her confidence that the new Director will promote his capacity, courage and sense of responsibility; build a united collective; improve the quality of medical examination and treatment; promote the application of science and technology; develop high-quality human resources; maintain the medical ethics and reputation of Nghe An Oncology Hospital.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Mr. Pham Vinh Hung expressed his honor at being assigned a new responsibility; expressed his deep gratitude to Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Quang Trung - former Director of Nghe An Oncology Hospital, and all cadres, civil servants, and workers who have always accompanied and supported him throughout his work.
