The Department of Health is responsible for proactively guiding and professionally supporting commune and ward health stations, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation.
The Department of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise on adjusting staffing targets; guide the People's Committees of communes and wards to implement the establishment process, regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of health stations.
People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for receiving health stations and health station points; implementing the establishment process, regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of health stations. At the same time, direct commune and ward health stations to develop a Project on job positions to submit to competent authorities for approval.
