Accordingly, on March 26, the Department of Health Inspectorate coordinated with the Economic Police Department, Dien Bien Provincial Police to conduct a surprise inspection of a massage parlor named Tech Medical (No. 960, Group 12, Muong Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City).
At the time of inspection, this facility registered for the type of practice as air bathing, massage services and health improvement services.
However, the facility has not been able to present relevant documents on the practice license; license to operate medical examination and treatment; and management of medical equipment according to the provisions of law.

In addition, the facility does not have a management list for people coming to perform treatment. In particular, people without professional qualifications in health care and practice certificates are used to conduct medical examination and treatment for people.
The inspection team has drawn up a record of the violations of the facility, requested to stop operations and coordinated with the authorities to continue to clarify the content of violations related to medical examination and treatment activities according to the law.
Previously, the Department of Health received many reports from people about this facility showing signs of defrauding customers.
The Department of Health recommends that people who discover medical examination and treatment facilities in the province showing signs of not having an operating license, deceiving customers should immediately report to the authorities for handling measures according to regulations.
