The Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health said that it is the unit leading the index to serve people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and providing public services in 2025.
According to the ranking results, the provincial Department of Health reached 94.74 points, ranked as excellent, as the agency with the highest service index among departments, branches and sectors of the province.

The index is evaluated based on 5 groups of criteria including: publicity, transparency of administrative procedures; progress of handling records; quality of online public services; level of satisfaction of people and businesses; level of digitalization of records and results of handling administrative procedures. In all criteria, the Department of Health achieved high scores.
Maintaining the leading position shows the efforts in publicization, simplifying procedures, shortening processing time for records, expanding online public services, digitizing procedure settlement results and enhancing data exploitation of the Department of Health. This is a driving force for the industry to continue building a professional and modern administration, focusing on serving people and businesses.
To date, 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities in the province have operated electronic medical records and installed smart medical kiosks to support patients. The data for medical examination and treatment in the whole industry is connected to the national health data coordination system, ensuring synchronization, information security and readiness to share with central hospitals.
Mr. Le Quang Hung - Director of the Department of Health of Gia La province - emphasized that the task of medical examination and treatment always goes hand in hand with administrative reform. Leading the Service Index is of great significance, contributing to improving people's satisfaction, helping the industry better complete the task of health care for the people.
Mr. Hung affirmed that the Gia Lai health sector will continue to play a pioneering role in building a modern and humane healthcare administration for the health and trust of the people.
