Ms. Nguyen Tran Thuy Duong - an employee of the Tissue Bank, Hanoi Eye Hospital 2 - said that immediately after receiving the information about a cornea donation, all 100% of the human and material resources of the Tissue Bank were mobilized. Within 15 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the notification from the pharmacy chain organization specified in Point a of this Clause, the Ministry of Health is responsible for updating the list of pharmacies in the pharmacy chain on the Ministry of Health's Electronic Information Portal.

In case the pharmacy chain business establishment rotates pharmaceutical expertise between pharmacies in the pharmacy chain, within 15 days from the date of rotation, the pharmacy chain organization must have a written notice, along with an electronic file or update online to the provincial and centrally run city health departments where the pharmacy's business location is located.

According to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health, Da Nang Pharmaceutical - Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company has committed 2 administrative violations.

This behavior was fined 15 million VND.
