Regarding this incident, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Deputy Director in charge of the Hanoi Department of Health confirmed that the above incident occurred since March 2025 at the International General Clinic of the Community (193C1 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi). The Inspectorate of the Hanoi Department of Health has issued a report concluding this case.
Accordingly, on April 4, 2025, the Inspectorate of the Hanoi Department of Health issued Decision No. 64/QD-XPVPHC to administratively sanction the Community Health Investment Company Limited (No. 193C1 Ba Trieu, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi) and Decision No. 65/QD-XPVPHC to administratively sanction Mr. Nguyen Van Chau - doctor of the Community International General Clinic.
The Inspectorate of the Hanoi Department of Health decided to fine the Community Health Investment Company Limited VND 8 million for the violation of practitioners who do not register to practice medical examination and treatment according to regulations.
In addition, the Inspectorate of Hanoi Department of Health also punished Mr. Nguyen Van Chau - a doctor (the main surgery doctor for the male patient at the International General Clinic) 2 million VND for violating the violation of the dossier and medical record but not specifying and fully the items in medical records according to the prescribed form.
In addition, the Department Inspectorate also revoked the right to use the medical practice certificate No. 230024/CCHN-BQP issued by the Minister of National Defense to Mr. Nguyen Van Chau for a period of 2 months.

It is known that after the incident, the clinic dismissed the male nurse, and at the same time disciplined all employees as well as tested all patients and medical staff to eliminate, especially patients who had come into contact with this male nurse. This is an unfortunate incident that the clinic could not have predicted.
