The document was sent to the Department of Health, Social Insurance (SI) of the area XXIII, People's Committees at district level, People's Committees at commune level to ensure the maintenance of activities in the health sector, Social Insurance to serve people continuously, without interruption or impact when operating local governments at both levels.
For the Dong Thap Department of Health, it will preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to urgently implement the contents of decentralization of authority, delegation of authority, and decentralization in the health sector according to the Government's regulations, ensuring that it does not affect people and businesses.
The Department of Health must also ensure adequate supply of drugs, medical supplies, and chemicals at medical facilities in the province, preventing shortages of drugs, medical supplies, and chemicals from now until the end of 2025; urge investors assigned to focus on bidding to soon have results for contractor selection; assign specific tasks and responsibilities to heads of medical facilities to handle arising issues.
The Provincial People's Committee recommends that the Social Insurance of the XXIII region continue to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to implement solutions to develop social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance participants; have a plan to ensure the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people when operating local government at 2 levels, especially at the commune level; pay pensions and social insurance benefits promptly and without interruption.
The People's Committee at the district level urgently completes the payment of social allowances in June 2025 to social protection beneficiaries before June 28, 2025; organizes the handover of records, data and makes a list of beneficiaries of social allowances from the district level to the commune level according to the provisions of the Law on archives and guiding documents for implementation, to be completed before June 30, 2025.
The People's Committee at the commune level organizes monthly social allowance payments to social protection beneficiaries from July 1, 2025.
