The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Thap province has just signed an official dispatch on preparing infrastructure, technical conditions, data, serving the organization and arrangement of authorities at 2 levels.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Dong Thap directed Heads of Departments, branches and sectors under the Provincial People's Committee, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities to review the online public services being provided, especially the entire online public services to ensure that they meet the announced level of online public services, smoothly, seamlessly, effectively, transparently, and minimize paperwork.

Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities continue to review the restructuring of processes, cut and simplify administrative procedures on the basis of reusing digitized data to improve the quality of online public services, facilitate and save costs; integrate and provide 100% of online public services on the National Public Service Portal in June 2025.
Along with that is the organization and strict implementation of the digitalization of records and results of handling administrative procedures in receiving and handling administrative procedures to ensure compliance with regulations; timely provision of information on agencies and accounts at the state treasury/commercial banks, organizational addresses, and personal information related to handling professional and functional tasks on the National Public Service Portal after the arrangement.
The Department of Science and Technology shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office and relevant units to deploy technical solutions to ensure that the province's administrative procedure settlement information system meets professional requirements when reorganizing two-level local governments; not maintain (close the interface) of the Dong Thap Provincial Public Service Portal from July 1, 2025.
