With vitamin D3, this is a natural form of vitamin D and it helps absorb calcium from food into the blood better, thereby helping to transfer calcium into the bones and develop the skeletal system better.
Vitamin K2 is a vitamin that helps move calcium to the necessary locations, specifically the desired locations such as bones or teeth. At the same time, it also limits it from going to unnecessary locations such as soft tissue or blood vessels, thereby minimizing the risk of causing vascular diseases later.

Second, vitamin D3 and K2 do not need to be supplemented with fatty meals and do not necessarily need to be supplemented in the morning. Many parents currently believe that D3 must be supplemented before 9am to be effective.
According to doctors, in fact, just supplementing related to meals, especially meals that require a lot of fat, will maximize the effectiveness of vitamins D3 and K2. The development of children's height or weight is especially related to calcium absorption, so we should not limit foods that are too high in sugar or foods that are too high in protein, which will help absorb these two vitamins better.
