Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 16 plots of residential land in the planning area of interspersed residential areas in Van Lang village, Song Lang commune, Vu Thu district and the residential planning area No. 2 of Thanh Noi village, Minh Lang commune, Vu Thu district (now Thu Tri commune, Hung Yen province).
The plots of land with the purpose of use being rural residential land, allocated by the State with land use fees collected through the form of land use rights auction, with a long-term term of use.
In total, 16 plots of land have areas ranging from 124m2 to 316m2, starting price from 9.6 - 11.51 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.2 - 2.9 billion VND/plot.
The auction is conducted in the form of direct voting at the auction, each plot of land is auctioned separately in a voting round, according to the bidding method calculated according to the unit price of 1m2 of land.
Invitation documents to participate in the auction are sold, received and submitted during office hours, from 8:00 a.m. on November 3, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on November 19, 2025, at three locations: Headquarters of Nhat An Phu Joint Stock Auction Company; Company representative office in Hung Yen; People's Committee of Thu Tri commune, Hung Yen province.
The company will announce the list of people who are not eligible to participate in the auction no later than 1 working day before the auction, via phone and publicly post it at the head office.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 1:30 p.m. on November 24, 2025 (Monday) at the Hall of the Party Committee of Thu Tri commune (old Song Lang commune People's Committee). Participants need to be present at least 20 minutes before the auction to complete the procedures. In case of absence or arrival late without a reason for force majeure, the deposit will be handled according to the provisions of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH14, which has been amended and supplemented in Law No. 37/2024/QH15.
