At the same time, assign localities to prepare enforcement plans and request the City Police to make plans to ensure security and order before enforcement. Hai Phong Housing Management and Trading Company Limited has sent a notice of the conclusion of the Chairman of the City People's Committee to each household living in the above apartment buildings.
