The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Ha Dong district, including 38 projects with a total area of 266.72 hectares. This plan focuses on the fields of transportation, environment, urban and public infrastructure to meet the socio-economic development needs of the district.
In the list, the highlight is the project to build the Ring Road 4 section through Ha Dong district with a total area of 68.45 hectares, passing through Phu Luong, Dong Mai, Phu Lam and Yen Nghia wards. This is a strategic traffic project, creating a regional connection axis, reducing traffic congestion for the city center. The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6 section Ba La - Xuan Mai with an area of 28.01 hectares is also a highlight, serving the goal of increasing traffic and ensuring traffic safety.
Ha Dong District focuses on developing educational infrastructure with projects such as MG02 kindergarten in Duong Noi ward (0.163 ha), TH03 primary school (1.069 ha) and Le Loi high school in Van Quan ward. These projects not only expand the scale of education but also improve the quality of teaching, meeting the increasing demand for learning.
In the field of environment and public infrastructure, the district is implementing projects such as the Kien Hung wastewater collection and treatment plant (3.5 ha), the renovation and upgrading of the drainage system in the western area of Hanoi (1,524 ha), and the Ha Dong district cultural, entertainment and sports park with an area of 40.55 ha. These projects will improve the living environment, contributing to the construction of a green, clean and beautiful urban area.
The district is also implementing new urban development projects such as Van Phu new urban area (0.053 ha), Van La residential area (0.4715 ha) and resettlement areas LK19A, LK19B in Duong Noi ward. These projects are expected to provide modern and fully-equipped housing for residents.
The People's Committee of Ha Dong District is responsible for publicizing the plan, closely monitoring the implementation process and promptly reporting any arising projects to the Hanoi People's Committee for additional approval. The synchronous implementation of the 2025 land use plan will contribute to improving infrastructure and promoting comprehensive development for Ha Dong District.
