The Department of Land Registration and Information Data (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) has just sent a document to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of localities guiding the creation and presentation of QR code information of the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (red book).
The creation, management and lookup of feedback information from the QR code of the Certificate must ensure that it meets the specific requirements specified in Article 14, Circular No. 10/2024/TT-BTNMT regulating cadastral records, Certificates of land use rights, and ownership of assets attached to land; the content, structure and information type of the QR code data of the Certificate must comply with the provisions of Circular No. 09/2024/TT-BTNMT on the content, structure and information type of the national database on land and technical requirements for application software of the National Land Information System.
In case the Certificate is revoked, the QR code printed on the certificate will also be updated to the expired status at the same time as the change registration procedure is performed on the software system.
QR code information of the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (abbreviated as the QR Code of the Certificate) is presented with a size of 210 mm x 297 mm, with the National Emblem, the words "Information on land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land (This information is taken from the QR code printed on the Certificate)", the Certificate issuance number (serial number) consists of 02 Vietnamese letters and 08 digits and 5 items, specifically as follows:
Section 1: Information on land users and owners of assets attached to land;
Section 2: Information about the land plot;
Section 3: Information on assets attached to land;
Section 4: Land plot diagram, assets attached to land;
Section 5: Notes and changes.
