The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Chuong My district with a total of 93 projects, covering an area of 349.16 hectares. These projects focus on developing transport infrastructure, improving educational facilities, urban development and environmental protection, aiming to promote local socio-economic development.
In the list, the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, with an area of up to 91.52 hectares, is worth noting. This is a key project, not only enhancing traffic connectivity but also promoting regional economic development. The road project from Se Market (Hong Phong Commune) to Dong Lac Commune, Provincial Road 429 (8.8 hectares) is also an important highlight, helping to improve local traffic infrastructure.
Chuong My district also focuses on developing education with projects such as Trung Hoa Secondary School (1.75 ha), Tan Tien Kindergarten (0.9 ha) and Phu Nghia Secondary School (0.73 ha). These projects will improve the quality of education, meeting the increasing learning needs of the people.
Regarding urban development, notable projects include the Dong Cham - Dong Vai resettlement area in Xuan Mai town (27.42 ha), serving the clearance of National Highway 6, and the Dam Tieu rural residential area in Phu Nghia commune (1.8 ha). These projects not only address housing needs but also contribute to the development of urban infrastructure.
In addition, the district also pays attention to environmental protection projects such as renovating and upgrading My Ha drainage pumping station (2.77 ha) and Nhan Ly drainage pumping station (3.52 ha), to improve drainage capacity, protect the environment and support agricultural production.
Chuong My district is assigned the responsibility of publicly announcing the plan, monitoring the implementation process and promptly reporting to the Hanoi People's Committee any arising cases for additional approval. The synchronous implementation of the 2025 land use plan will contribute to the comprehensive and sustainable development of Chuong My district.
