According to the announcement of the Bac Ninh Provincial Department of Construction, the social housing project for workers in Yen Phong commune industrial park continues to open for sale apartments with 3 buildings (V1, V2 and V8) in May. The investor of this project is Viglacera Corporation.
Application submission starts from May 15 to June 15.
This sale has 162 apartments. Each m2 of apartment in building V8 is from 8.5 million VND, the remaining two buildings are 10 million VND or more. Apartments with areas from 26-67 m2. To own an apartment, buyers need to spend 223-674 million VND.


The rental price at this social housing project ranges from 44,000-60,000 VND per m2 per month, depending on the building, equivalent to the entire apartment from 1.1 to 4 million VND. The selling and leasing unit price includes VAT and maintenance costs.
According to records, the Yen Phong commune social housing project is located next to Yen Phong Industrial Park - one of the largest industrial parks in Bac Ninh province.

The project has a scale of about 9.6 hectares. The housing area has some amenities such as kindergarten, cultural house, medical center... Currently, some families of workers and laborers in the industrial park in Bac Ninh have moved here to live.
