The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security on collecting opinions on the appraisal of the investment approval dossier for the New Urban Area and harmonious lake construction investment project in Lien Bao commune, Tien Du district.
Accordingly, the above project is located in Lien Bao commune, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province.
Project goals: Forming a new civilized, modern, synchronous residential area in terms of technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure and architectural works; Increasing land use efficiency, contributing revenue to the local budget;
Project scale: The project has a land use scale of about 25.7 hectares; Population of about 2,580 people (excluding population for social housing).
Estimated total investment capital: VND 1,710.190,149,000.
The project's operation period: 50 years (from the date the competent authority decides to allocate land to the investor to implement the project).
Investor selection method: Bidding to select investors according to the provisions of the law on land.
Project implementation progress: 5 years from the date the winning investor is allocated land to implement the project.
Investment project proposal unit: Thuan Thanh Trading and Construction Trading Company Limited.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province would like to give opinions to the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security on determining whether the project belongs to an area that needs to ensure national defense and security or not.
This is the basis for including in the project investment policy approval to determine whether the project is eligible for foreign organizations and individuals to own houses or not for foreign organizations and individuals to own houses.

Hanoi City has also agreed on the plan to build a nearly 50km, 120m wide road connecting Gia Binh airport with the center of the capital.
