Bac Ninh establishes 3 new industrial clusters worth over VND2,400 billion
Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Dao Quang Khai signed and issued 3 Decisions on the establishment of industrial clusters.
The first is the Tam Da - Dung Liet 2 industrial cluster (Yen Phong district) with an area of about 51.1 hectares, invested by An Binh Construction Company Limited in the construction of technical infrastructure with a total investment of about 873 billion VND.

Second is Lac Ve Industrial Cluster (Tien Du District) with an area of about 45.5 hectares, invested by Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company in the construction of technical infrastructure with a total investment of about 502 billion VND.
The third is Phu Lang Industrial Cluster (Que Vo town) with an area of about 75 hectares, invested by Vinaconex Bac Ninh Group Joint Stock Company in the construction of technical infrastructure with a total investment of about 1,068 billion VND.

Urban area has not sold a plot of land for nearly 10 years... about to be auctioned for a new round
On the afternoon of June 21, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh District (Ha Tinh) - said that the People's Committee of Ky Anh District has approved the auction plan for land plots at the Southeast Urban Residential Area, Commercial and General Service Project of Ky Anh District.
According to Mr. Hai, because the province has not yet issued a land price list, the district has not yet approved the starting price for the land auction of the above project.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district also informed that it is expected that next week, the province will hold a meeting to approve land prices, then possibly after July 1, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will be the auction organizer for the plots of land of the Southeast Urban, Commercial and General Service Project of Ky Anh district.

A series of factories, universities, and hospitals will have to be relocated from Hanoi's inner city before 2030
Industrial production facilities, medical facilities, and higher education institutions in Hanoi that are not in accordance with the General Planning of the Capital will have to be relocated before 2030.
The Hanoi People's Committee is seeking opinions on drafting a Resolution on "Authorizing a List, measures and roadmap for relocating industrial production facilities, medical facilities, higher education institutions, vocational training institutions and headquarters of agencies and units in central urban areas that are not in accordance with the General Planning of the Capital".

According to the draft, the People's Committees of wards and communes located in the central urban area will proactively review, prepare records and lists of facilities subject to relocation, and send them to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for synthesis. On this basis, the Department will report to the City People's Committee to submit to the City People's Council for consideration and approval.
