Hai Phong allocates more than 11,700m2 of land to implement the urban renovation project in Ngo Quyen district
Hai Phong City People's Committee has assigned 11,719.87m2 of land to Ngo Quyen District People's Committee to implement an urban renovation project in the area of Lane 47 Le Lai and Lane 92 Le Thanh Tong, May Chai Ward with the form of state allocation without land use fees.
The city also allocates land without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

The city assigned the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district to manage the allocated land fund, use the land for the right purpose, boundary, complete the technical infrastructure of the land according to the investment project and planning approved by the competent state agency to ensure compliance with regulations. The district is responsible for the records, land origin, and site clearance results. Relevant departments and branches guide, inspect and supervise Ngo Quyen district to implement.

Resettlement building with the highest rental price in Hanoi
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to issue a price list for renting houses and land allocated for lease in Hanoi.
Accordingly, the city issued a price list for renting houses for houses and land that are public assets not used for residential purposes, assigned to organizations with the function of managing and trading houses for rent in the city.
These houses and land are part of the resettlement apartment fund, the commercial apartment fund must be handed over to the city for management and belong to the specialized housing fund managed by the city.

The price list is kept stable for 5 years from the date of issuance.
According to the rental price list of the resettlement apartment fund that the city has just issued, the resettlement building in plot C13/DD1 (in Tran Phu ward, Hoang Mai district) has the highest rental price of 2.64 million VND/m2/year. The rental area is located on the first floor, with an area of 780m2.

Binh Dinh opens social housing doors for Gia Lai officials after provincial merger
On June 14, the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province informed about social housing projects (NOXH) in the province, to serve the housing needs of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CBCCVCNLD) after the merger of the two provinces of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai.
Previously, on May 29, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province had a policy to resolve the need to buy social housing for employees working in Gia Lai province. Accordingly, the subjects who are employees working at state agencies at the provincial level in Gia Lai will be considered for buying, renting, or leasing social housing in Binh Dinh if they meet the conditions prescribed by the Housing Law 2023 and have confirmation from the working agency or unit.
This policy aims to create stable housing conditions for the team of civil servants, public employees, and at the same time serve the arrangement and reorganization of the administrative apparatus after the merger of the two provinces, when the new provincial Political - Administrative Center is located in Binh Dinh province.

According to the Department of Construction of Binh Dinh province, to be able to buy social housing in the province, buyers must meet the housing and income requirements prescribed in Decree 100 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law on the development and management of social housing.
