Tuyen Quang seeks investors for an urban area project worth nearly VND3,300 billion
Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the Tan Ha Urban Area Project, with an area of 37 hectares and a total capital of up to VND 3,291 billion.
This billion-dollar urban project is located in Tan Ha ward, Tuyen Quang city. The land use area is nearly 37 hectares, including more than 12 hectares of residential land, 3 hectares of public land, 17.5 hectares of technical infrastructure land and nearly 4.34 hectares of land for education and green trees.
The goal of the project is to create a modern urban area with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, meeting the needs of about 5,172 people with 594 townhouses/shophouses, 89 villas, and more than 608 social housing units.

HCMC disburses VND4,333 billion in compensation to 2,177 households in Cu Chi in June
Ho Chi Minh City has directed the disbursement of VND 4,333 billion in compensation to households in Cu Chi district affected by the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway project, with a deadline of the end of June 2025.
This is one of the important contents directed by the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee in the document on the public investment disbursement target for the second quarter of 2025.
The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned the Cu Chi District People's Committee, specifically the District Compensation and Site Clearance Board, to urgently speed up the disbursement progress of capital for component project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway project (section through Ho Chi Minh City). The goal is to disburse a minimum of VND 4,333 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2025.
The Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway project has a total length of nearly 51 km, of which the section passing through Ho Chi Minh City is more than 24.7 km long, passing through 11 communes of Cu Chi district including: Phuoc Thanh, Trung Lap Ha, Trung Lap Thuong, Phuoc Hiep, Tan Thanh Tay, Tan Thanh Dong, Nhuan Duc, Phu Hoa Dong, Phuoc Vinh An, Tan An Hoi and Tan Phu Trung. The Government has issued Decree No. 140/2025/ND-CP regulating the division of authority between local authorities at the provincial and commune levels in a number of areas under the state management of the Ministry of Construction.
This Decree stipulates the division of tasks and powers of local governments according to the model of organizing local governments at 2 levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Construction; the order and procedures for performing tasks and powers of local governments at the provincial and commune levels are determined according to the provisions of this Decree.
