Apartment prices have skyrocketed for over a year
Real estate prices across the country have continued to increase in the past two years, with the strongest increase being land with an increase of 44% and apartments increasing by 42% compared to the first quarter of 2024.
According to data Batdongsan.com.vn, in July 2025, the level of interest in real estate for sale and lease nationwide increased by 13% and 15% respectively compared to the previous month.
The two key markets, Hanoi and the old Ho Chi Minh City, both recorded an 11% increase in search volume, while real estate in the new Ho Chi Minh City increased by 13%, reflecting the rebound after urban expansion and merger with Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Starting construction of the nearly 2,000 billion VND Social Housing Project in Ninh Binh
On the morning of August 19, Ninh Binh province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Social Housing Construction Investment Project with an area of over 5 hectares with a total investment of nearly 2,000 billion VND.
The Social Housing Construction Investment Project in Ninh Khanh Ward, Hoa Lu City (now Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province) was approved by the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 714/QD - UBND dated June 27, 2025 with a total area of over 5 hectares invested by the Ninh Binh Development Investment Fund.
The project has a total investment of VND 1,976.45 billion. Of which, the construction cost is 1,442 billion VND; the compensation and site clearance cost is 66.128 billion VND and other related costs.
The project aims to build social housing to serve people in need of housing, creating a favorable and convenient living environment, meeting the criteria for urban development and upgrading.
