The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on assigning the investor to implement a social housing project on Lac Long Quan street, Vu Ninh ward, Bac Ninh province.
Accordingly, the investor is Anh Phu Trading and Service Company Limited, address: No. 219, Tran Hung Dao Street, Kinh Bac Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
Project scale: The expected land area is about 18,928 m2, population is about 2,057 people. In which: The social housing project is expected to have 19 floors, 1 attic, 1 basement to accommodate about 948 apartments.
Estimated total investment capital: About 1,583,613,000,000 VND.
The project's operation period: 50 years.

Quang Tri requests urgent handling of abandoned public headquarters
On August 15, Mr. Phan Phong Phu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province signed a document, requesting agencies, organizations, units, People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently review, compile statistics, and develop a plan to completely handle the situation to avoid waste in August 2025.
The People's Committee of Quang Tri province emphasized that the management and use of offices and public assets must be strict and efficient, not to let go of loss or waste. Abandoned works and real estate facilities that are no longer in need of use will be handled in accordance with legal regulations such as converting the purpose to become medical, educational, cultural and sports facilities; or assigning the Land Fund Development Center to manage and exploit. Recently, Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision on recognizing the winning bidding results for land use rights auctions to select investors to implement the Muong Thanh airport walking street project in Dien Bien Phu ward.
Accordingly, Duc Hai Dien Bien Company Limited was the winning bidder with a price of more than 153 billion VND. The land is in Dien Bien Phu ward (old Thanh Truong ward). The location and boundaries of the land are determined according to the measurement, extraction, and cadastral adjustment documents No. 01-2025 of the Muong Thanh airport walking street project at a ratio of 1:1,000.
The total area used to implement the project is nearly 76,000m2. Of which, public land is nearly 450m2; social housing land accounts for more than 5,000m2; green land and park land accounts for nearly 18,000m2; parking land is nearly 2,700m2; traffic land is nearly 30,000m2 and adjacent residential land is more than 20,000m2. The population is about 3,000 people with a total investment of nearly 675 billion VND.
