Hai Phong reclaims nearly 16 hectares of land to build a solid waste landfill in Dong Hai ward
Hai Phong has just adjusted the decision on land allocation for the construction of a temporary solid waste landfill in Dong Hai ward.
Previously, according to Decision No. 2905/QD-UB dated November 5, 2004 of the City People's Committee on land allocation to the Urban Environment Company to build a temporary solid waste landfill in Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District (old), the city reclaimed 296,173.5 m2 of land in Dinh Vu area, Dong Hai 2 Ward and assigned it to the Urban Environment Company. Purpose of construction of temporary solid landfill: 159,078.6 m2 (phase 1 106,929.6 m2, phase 2: 52149 m2). Along with that, a mud tank and wastewater treatment plant will be built: 23,583.8 m2, isolation green tree planting area: 113,511 m2.
Up to now, the People's Committee of Hai Phong City has adjusted Decision No. 2905/QD-UB dated November 5, 2004. The adjustment is to reclaim 157,498.8 m2 of land in Dinh Vu area, Dong Hai ward and hand it over to Hai Phong Urban Environment Company Limited (formerly Urban Environment Company) to implement investment projects to build temporary solid waste landfills. Quoc Cuong Gia Lai has spent an additional VND900 billion to get back the Bac Phuoc Kien project
Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company has just released a consolidated financial report for the third quarter of 2025, in which it recorded net revenue of VND111 billion in the third quarter of 2025, down 37% over the same period. Of which, the real estate segment brought in about 45 billion VND, down nearly 60% compared to the third quarter of 2024. Thanks to the sharp decrease in capital prices, gross profit still increased by 64%.
After deducting taxes and fees, after-tax profit is at VND24 billion, down more than VND1 billion over the same period. Accumulated in the first 9 months of the year, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai recorded revenue of 354 billion VND. Pre-tax profit was VND46 billion, after-tax profit was VND34 billion, about 4 times higher than the same period. However, this figure is still far from the annual plan of VND 2,000 billion in revenue and VND 300 billion in pre-tax profit.
The financial report also shows that Quoc Cuong Gia Lai's inventory is 1,178 billion VND, down about 100 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, including 568 billion VND in unfinished real estate and 558 billion VND in goods real estate.
Long-term unfinished assets of more than VND 5,400 billion in production and business costs are "standing still" in the Bac Phuoc Kien residential area project. This shows that this is Quoc Cuong Gia Lai's biggest burden. Auction of 26 land lots in Ninh Binh, starting price over 600 million VND/lot
Xuan Truong Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land allocated by the State with land use fees collected in Van Thang commune, Ninh Binh province.
The total auction area is 3,243m2, with lots ranging from 93 - 163.8m2. The starting price ranges from 4.3 - 13 million VND/m2, equivalent to 603 million VND to more than 1.2 billion VND/plot. The total starting price for all plots of land is 21.56 billion VND.
The price step applied to all plots of land is 100,000 VND/m2, this is the basis for determining the valid price when the participant bids.
The auction documents will be sold and received from November 4 to November 17, 2025 during office hours at the headquarters of Xuan Truong Auction Joint Stock Company (Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province) and the People's Committee of Van Thang commune (headquarters of the People's Committee of the old Yen Tien commune). The sale and receipt of documents are carried out on both Saturday and Sunday. People can submit their application directly at one of the above two locations.
