On May 18, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang directed to resolve difficulties in site clearance (GPMB) and resettlement (TDC) to serve the Quy Nhon Port expansion project.
The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the province's Interdisciplinary Working Group to urgently complete the dossier and plan for resettlement for 56 households that have drawn lots for resettlement land plots. After completion, the dossier must be sent to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for appraisal and submission to competent authorities for approval.
For 8 households that have not yet drawn up a plot of resettlement land, Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang assigned Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Working Group to invite households to work directly and organize a plot of resettlement land draw. In case the households do not comply, the relevant units need to agree on the allocation of resettlement land according to the appropriate criteria on land origin, recovered area, ... and related regulations.
At the same time, review and consider resolving people's complaints. The handling must be based on each specific content and have clear written answers. In case people continue to complain, report and propose to the Provincial Inspectorate for handling.
Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company is responsible for notifying households about the deadline for handing over the site within 30 days from the date of the notice of temporary handover of resettlement land to households.
Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang also noted the need for appropriate measures to resolve the problems and problems. At the same time, promote the sense of responsibility and set an example for officers and employees working at the unit in propagating and mobilizing relatives affected by land acquisition to comply with regulations.
"Relevant departments, branches and localities proactively coordinate and support Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company in resolving petitions of affected people in the Quy Nhon Port area; coordinate in handling problems according to assigned functions and tasks to completely complete site clearance and arrange resettlement for affected households.
The Provincial Land Fund Development Center coordinated with Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company to resolve the allocation of resettlement land to the remaining 8 households and handle complaints according to regulations. At the same time, prepare necessary conditions to temporarily hand over TDC land in the field immediately after the decision approves the plan", Mr. Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang directed.
