When districts and towns stop their intermediary administrative functions, the handover of land records to communes and wards becomes a major concern for people who are carrying out procedures related to houses and land. Hanoi City is proactively preparing for this transition process, including handling unfinished records.
Right in the trial operation of the two-level government model in new administrative units, some practical situations were recorded to learn from experience, serving the official transformation process on July 1.
