Discovering cases of buying social housing for the wrong subjects in Bac Ninh
Recently, Bac Ninh Housing Development Investment Joint Stock Company has sent a report to the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province on the granting of pink books to residents at the Hoa Long - Kinh Bac Low-income Housing Area project.
According to the report, 58 apartments in the project (23 apartments in buildings A1 and A2; 35 apartments in building A3) submitted a petition to the competent authority about the time to issue pink books.

Through inspection and review, the Company has compared with the home purchase registration documents and directly contacted households whose names are on the recommendation list. In which:
12 apartments responded without submitting a petition. The 4 apartments on the list are not on the list of customers signing apartment purchase contracts with the investor. In addition, there was 1 case where the apartment owner (after the Post-inspection Company 1) was not the right person to buy social housing.
The company has contacted many times to recover and refund money, and liquidate the contract, but the apartment owner, H.T.T, did not cooperate with the work. See more...
Khanh Hoa inspects 63 projects with difficulties and prolonged problems
Khanh Hoa is conducting a thematic inspection of 63 investment projects with difficulties, problems and long-standing backlogs.

In September 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate announced a decision on thematic inspection of 63 investment projects with difficulties, problems and long-standing backlogs in the area.
The inspection is considered a move to remove "bottlenecks" in investment activities, unlock resources and promote local economic growth.
According to Plan No. 07/KH-TTT, the inspection focused on assessing compliance with policies and regimes on public investment; management and implementation of construction investment projects; detecting limitations and inadequacies in management mechanisms and legal policies to propose adjustments.
The Inspectorate will also determine the causes of problems, detect shortcomings and violations (if any) of related organizations and individuals; at the same time, propose handling measures and improve policies. See more...
HCMC reclaims land from more than 2,000 households in the central area to build a project worth more than VND17,000 billion
Ho Chi Minh City is urgently reclaiming land from more than 2,000 households and organizations to implement the Xuyen Tam canal renovation project with a total investment of more than VND17,000 billion.

The Xuyen Tam canal renovation project is nearly 9 km long, passing through An Nhon ward (old Go Vap district), Gia Dinh, Binh Thanh and Binh Loi Trung (old Binh Thanh district). The main route is 6.7 km long, connecting from Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe canal to Vam Thuat river; the remaining three branch lines are about 2.2 km long.
The total investment of the project is more than 17,000 billion VND, of which the cost of compensation, support and resettlement alone accounts for 14,000 billion VND. See more...
