The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has decided to allow the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation - JSC (abbreviated as Becamex IDC Corporation) to adjust the purpose and form of land use to implement the Hamlet 5C residential area project according to the approved adjustment of the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500.
The purpose and form of land use in Hamlet 5C residential area project has been adjusted in Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat city. The land use period is until May 7, 2059.
The area of land types after adjustment is as follows: area of 354,994 m2 of urban residential land under the form of land allocation with land use fees collection. Of which, there are 319,274 m2 of adjacent land and 35,720 m2 of high-rise land;
The area of 732,948 m2 of land used for public purposes such as green park land, Thi Tinh river corridor, traffic construction land, water supply land, traffic construction land. Forms of land allocation without land use fees.
The area of 44,379 m2 of commercial and service land is allocated in the form of land lease with one-time payment for the entire lease term.
For the area of 19,829 m2 of land for the construction of educational and training facilities, it is allocated in the form of land lease with annual land use fees.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to Becamex IDC Corporation. At the same time, the XVI Tax Department was assigned to determine and notify Becamex IDC of relevant financial obligations.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province requests Becamex IDC Corporation to pay land use fees and land rents to the state budget according to regulations.
