The form of land use after changing the land use purpose is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent. Of which, the land area allowed for exploitation is 221,000m2. The land use term is until September 18, 2030.

For the land area belonging to the road safety corridor of 1,010m2 and the land area belonging to the stream protection corridor of 3,024m2, the company is responsible for implementing the regulations on construction safety corridors.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the Land Registration Office to grant certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to land users who have fulfilled their financial obligations.
