On December 27, Binh Duong Province Electronic Information Portal reported that the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province has decided to allow Tan Thinh Mineral Joint Stock Company to change the purpose of using an area of ​​265,000m2 of land for perennial crops (in An Binh Commune, Phu Giao District) to land used for mineral activities.

The form of land use after changing the land use purpose is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent. Of which, the land area allowed for exploitation is 221,000m2. The land use term is until September 18, 2030.

Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee assigns the Tax Department to determine the land rent payable and other related financial obligations. Notify enterprises to pay land rent, collect land rent, fees and charges.
