On September 20, according to Thuan An Ward People's Committee, the locality organized a conference to draw lots to determine the location of resettlement land plots and land allocation plots with land use fees for subjects whose land is recovered to implement component project 6 Compensation, support and resettlement of Ring Road 3 HCMC.
The resettlement land for people is arranged in An Thanh Resettlement Area, Thanh Loc Quarter, Thuan An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
In this lottery, 111 households had their land recovered, including 32 cases with a clearance area of more than 120 m2 and 79 cases with residential land recovered under 120 m2.
According to Thuan An Ward People's Committee, the process of drawing lots for resettlement land plot locations is carried out according to the principle of publicity, correct subjects and in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights of households.
Each eligible household and individual is allowed to participate in the draw once and receive 1 draw ticket. For cases where households and individuals wish to have their siblings allocated resettlement adjacent to each other, 1 individual representative draws lots and arranges adjacent plots for the siblings to share 1 land plot.
The entire draw process is recorded in the presence of participating participants and is summarized and reported to the Ward People's Committee for consideration and recognition of the results.
According to Thuan An Ward People's Committee, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department advised the Ward People's Committee to quickly issue a decision recognizing the results of the resettlement lottery. At the same time, organize notification and guidance for households to carry out legal procedures related to land and construction according to regulations, creating favorable conditions for people to soon complete the necessary procedures and stabilize their lives in their new places of residence.
It is known that through 3 rounds of draws, Thuan An ward has completed the resettlement arrangement for 127 households in the ward, contributing to ensuring the progress of site clearance for the key project of Ring Road 3 HCMC.
The Ring Road 3 HCMC project section through old Binh Duong was started in 2023. The project has a total investment of 19,280 billion VND divided into 2 components: construction and compensation. In which, component project 6 implements site clearance and resettlement with a total investment of 13,528 billion VND, recovering 129 hectares of land. The section through Thuan An ward has the largest recovered area and many households have to resettle.
