Regarding violations of construction order and land use regulations of Huong Ban Company Limited (Loc Son Industrial Park) that Lao Dong Newspaper reported, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City has just conducted an inspection.
After that, the authorities issued a decision to force the implementation of remedial measures.
According to the decision (No. 357) of the People's Committee of Bao Loc City, Huong Ban Company Limited did not allow the construction of a factory with an area of nearly 783m2, with a steel frame structure, corrugated iron roof, and concrete foundation completed in 2019.
Along with that, there is a 120m2 office building, with a foundation structure, reinforced concrete pillars, brick walls; 1 auxiliary structure of more than 92m2, with a brick wall structure, tiled roof, built without permission to be completed in 2005.
According to the authority, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City has issued a Decision forcing Huong Ban Company Limited, with Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong as Director of the Company, to take remedial measures at the above-mentioned illegal constructions.
For these 3 violating projects, the People's Committee of Bao Loc city did not issue a decision to sanction administrative violations, because the statute of limitations for handling administrative violations in construction activities is 2 years. Therefore, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City requested Huong Ban Company to demolish the factory without a construction permit with an area of nearly 783m2.
The demolition of this project requires Huong Ban Company Limited to do it within 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision.
For accounting office buildings and auxiliary works, a construction permit must be applied for according to regulations within a maximum period of 90 days.
If the license is not granted after the deadline, it must be demolished and restored to its original state according to regulations.
