Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed decisions to transfer and appoint Deputy Ministers of Construction.
In Decision No. 322/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2025, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Xuan Sang - Deputy Minister of Transport - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
In Decision No. 327/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2025, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Danh Huy - Deputy Minister of Transport - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
In Decision No. 365/QD-TTg dated February 19, 2025, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Le Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Transport - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
The above decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.
Previously, the Ministry of Construction had Deputy Ministers including: Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Minister Bui Xuan Dung, Deputy Minister Pham Minh Ha, Deputy Minister Nguyen Viet Hung, Deputy Minister Nguyen Tuong Van.
Mr. Tran Hong Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, holds the position of Minister of Construction.
The Government Party Committee recently issued Decision No. 27-QD/DU appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Construction Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
The Executive Committee of the Ministry of Construction Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term consists of 37 personnel; the Standing Committee of the Ministry of Construction Party Committee consists of 13 personnel.
Appointing the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction with 3 personnel.
Appointed Mr. Tran Hong Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Minister of Construction - to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, term 2020-2025.
On February 6, 2025, the National Assembly Standing Committee passed Resolution No. 1402/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on increasing the number of Deputy Ministers and Deputy Heads of ministerial-level agencies. In which, 4 Deputy Ministers were added so that the total number of Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Construction would not exceed 9.
