For assets that are not qualified for handling, they must be strictly managed, protected to the original state, and not allowed to be lost. In case of exploitation through leasing, auction or calling for investment, it must ensure publicity, transparency, and correct order.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province also assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with departments and branches to complete the list of public assets, and promote investment calling. At the same time, it is required to start converting the function of serving health and education from the beginning of 2026, striving to complete the arrangement and handling of surplus public assets in the first quarter of 2026.
