Regarding policies for workers, there are cases: In cases where workers have a need to find jobs in industrial parks, the Provincial Employment Service Center will advise and introduce free jobs. During the process of finding a job, workers can prepare documents to receive unemployment benefits until they have a new job;

The Department of Home Affairs also outlines cases and provides specific guidance for: Cases where employees retire and enjoy unemployment insurance benefits; Cases where employees have a need to work abroad under contracts; Cases where employees do not continue to participate in the centralized labor market and have a need to create jobs for themselves; Cases where employees are eligible for retirement benefits or employees do not have a need to return to the labor market and do not continue to participate in social insurance.
