The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision 45/2025/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2025 to adjust and supplement land prices for a number of routes and areas in the land price list in Da Nang City.
Accordingly, in Decision 45/2025/QD-UBND in 2025, the People's Committee of Da Nang City has decided to adjust and supplement land prices for a number of routes and areas in the Land Price List in Da Nang City with the following content:
Adjusting residential land prices, commercial and service land prices, non-agricultural production and business land prices that are not commercial and service land in urban and rural areas; prices of agricultural land. The results of the adjustment are in Appendices I, II, III, IV attached to Decision 45/2025/QD-UBND in 2025.
Adjusting land prices for 16 newly named roads in Resolution No. 66/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2024 of the City People's Council. The results of the adjustment are in Appendix V attached to this Decision.
Adding point c1 after point c, clause 4, Article 10 of Decision No. 09/2020/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2020 of the City People's Committee (adjusted and supplemented in Clause 8, Article 1 of Decision No. 12/2022/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2022 of the City People's Committee) as follows: "The land price at the people's market and wholesale market is equal to 60% of the price of non-agricultural production and business land that is not commercial service land in the same location".
Decision No. 45/2025/QD-UBND takes effect from July 7, 2025.
In this land price list, the lowest residential land price is about 30 million VND/m2, applied to areas such as Hoa Khanh ward, Hoa Xuan ward, new urban areas, residential areas with a lower development level than the city center.
The highest residential land price is located in the city center, specifically on Bach Dang street from Le Duan street to Nguyen Van Linh with a price of more than 340 million VND/m2, this is the highest price in the residential land price list adjusted in this Decision.
Areas such as Hai Chau and An Hai wards have land prices ranging from 80 - 130 million VND/m2 depending on location, showing the difference in allocation between central urban areas and suburban and rural areas.

In addition, Decision No. 45/2025/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued the date to add residential land prices to 16 newly named routes according to Resolution No. 66/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2024.
The land price of the 16 new routes for sale is from 2 - 40.4 million VND/m2 for each location and street.
