The investor is Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company.
The project includes a mixed-use project with 35 floors above ground + 2 basements, with an expected number of apartments of 998 apartments; the expected population is 2,334 people.
Regarding land use rights for project implementation: The total land area for project implementation is 12,343 m2, including 4,467.43 m2 that has been granted a Land Use Rights Certificate (of which 2,695.3 m2 is for urban residential use and 1,772.13 m2 is for sports facility construction); the remaining 7,875.57 m2 is land managed by the state, not meeting the conditions for separation into independent projects according to regulations.
The total investment capital of the project is about 2,550 billion VND. The project uses the investor's capital and is determined by the investor according to the provisions of law and is responsible for itself. In all cases, investors must ensure that the investor's contributed capital is not less than 20% of the project investment capital according to regulations; the rest is other legally mobilized capital according to the provisions of law to implement the project.
Regarding implementation progress: The progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation is 36 months from the date of approval of the investment policy.
The project's operation period is 50 years.
Investors are allowed to do real estate business according to the provisions of the law on land, housing, real estate business and other relevant legal provisions.
The project is located in an area that needs to ensure security, not allowing foreign organizations and individuals to own houses.
The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province requires investors to comply with the provisions of the law on investment, construction, housing, real estate business, environment, heritage, etc.
In particular, it does not affect the environment, causing negative impacts on the World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay.
The investor is only allowed to build the project after receiving written consent from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
