According to the summary report on investment implementation policies, the projects are all located in the new urban area of the North Cam River, in Duong Quan ward (Thuy Nguyen city). The investment project to build the Conference Center is built on an area of over 6,500 m2 with a scale of 500 - 1,200 visitors, the total estimated investment capital is over 1,000 billion VND, excluding compensation and site clearance costs. The project to invest in the construction of mixed-use works with 3 high-rise mixed-use buildings on an area of over 22,000 m2, with a total investment of over VND 8,300 billion. The project to invest in the construction of mixed-use high-rise and commercial services in the area with a total land area expected to be nearly 32,500 m2, total investment capital of nearly VND 4,900 billion.
After listening to the reports and opinions of the delegates, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau emphasized that the projects must comply with the National Master Plan, the Red River Delta Planning, the Hai Phong City Planning and specialized planning such as: land, construction, urban architecture...
These projects also meet standards and regulations as well as ensure national defense and security safety. Therefore, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed on the investment policy for the construction of the above projects, contributing to the construction of a modern and civilized Cam River Northern Urban Area.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee assigned the City People's Committee Party Committee to direct relevant agencies to continue implementing procedures according to regulations.
