Tu Minh Ward (Hai Phong City) is implementing urban embellishment, environmental sanitation and visual propaganda activities to create a spacious, clean and beautiful appearance to serve the groundbreaking ceremony of the investment project to build a functional service area under Dai An Industrial Park (IP) expansion.
Implementing Plan No. 226 of the City People's Committee on organizing the project groundbreaking ceremony, Tu Minh Ward People's Committee directed the Standing Committee of the Ward Order Regulations to strengthen propaganda and mobilize households on Vu Cong Dan street and surrounding areas to implement measures to ensure environmental sanitation and maintain urban beauty.
Functional forces focus on reminding households to collect construction materials and items left in the wrong places; clean up the area in front of their houses and along the roads. Neighborhood groups, unions and functional forces also participate in general environmental sanitation, taking care of green trees, and embellishing the landscape on key roads.

Recorded on June 24 on Vu Cong Dan street, many areas have been cleaned up, and the landscape has been neatly cared for. Urban embellishment work has been implemented synchronously, contributing to building a civilized and modern urban environment, creating a good impression on delegates, investors and people attending the event.
Along with environmental sanitation work, Tu Minh ward promotes propaganda, decorates ceremonies, and plants flags and banners on roads leading to the groundbreaking ceremony area and surrounding areas.
According to the plan, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Investment Project to build the functional service area of Dai An expanded industrial park will take place on June 26 in the project implementation area of Dai An expanded industrial park, Mao Dien commune, Hai Phong city. The project is invested by Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Co., Ltd.

The event is expected to have about 200 delegates attending, including leaders of central ministries and sectors, leaders of Hai Phong City, representatives of departments, sectors, localities, investors, contractors, partners and press agencies.
According to Hai Phong City People's Committee, the project is implemented to meet the housing needs of workers, laborers and experts working in industrial parks, and at the same time contribute to the implementation of the goal of social housing development.
When completed, the project will supplement the housing fund for rent, improve living conditions for workers, ensure social security and contribute to building a favorable and civilized working and living environment in industrial parks.
