    Hanoi has allocated 2,016m2 of land to the People's Committee of Thach That district to build social housing in Tan Xa commune.

    The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision on handing over 26,214.8m2 of land (complete land acquisition) in Tan Xa commune, Thach That district to the People's Committee of Thach That district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure to auction land use rights in Cach Uyen 2 village, Tan Xa commune.

    Of the total area of 26,214.8m2 of land, there are 10,528.5m2 of residential land; 15,686.3m2 of land for green trees, isolated green trees, traffic, traffic corridors and technical infrastructure land.

    For residential land area, there are 8,512.5m2 of adjacent residential land at the land plot with symbols LK-12, LK-13, LK-14, LK-15 and 2,016m2 of land for social housing construction at the social housing land plot.
