Hanoi - Kim Chung Social Housing Project is expected to receive documents for buying, renting, and leasing apartments in CT3 building from November 10 to December 19, 2025.

The Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced public information about the Social Housing Construction Investment Project at lots CT3, CT4 of Kim Chung New Urban Area, Thien Loc Commune, Hanoi City, after the project was started.

The project is invested by the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC, and is implemented on a total area of over 35,700m2, of which land plot CT3 has an area of 24,000 restored and land plot CT4 has an area of 11,759m2. The total investment of the project is 1,521.2 billion VND.

According to the plan, the project consists of 4 buildings from 9 to 12 floors high, with one basement and one attic. The total construction floor area is about 153,779m2, with a population of about 5,429 people. The entire project has 1,588 apartments, of which CT3 area includes 1,104 apartments and CT4 area includes 484 apartments.

The housing area at CT4 land plot has been completed and put into use since the fourth quarter of 2021. CT4 area includes 484 apartments with a total floor area of over 26,146m2, including 93 commercial apartments, 303 social housing units for sale and 88 social housing units for rent. All apartments for sale and rent at CT4 have been transacted.

Phase 2 of the project will be implemented in CT3 area with a total of 1,104 apartments. Of which, there are 175 commercial apartments, 589 social housing apartments for sale, 212 rental apartments and 128 rental apartments. The total floor area of CT3 is more than 64,396m2.

The investor plans to start receiving applications for buying, renting and leasing social housing at CT3 building from 8:00 a.m. on November 10, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025.

The selling price, rental price and purchase price of apartments in CT3 building are currently being provisionally calculated. Specifically, the selling price of social housing apartments (including VAT and maintenance fees) is 18.4 million VND/m2; the seasonal rental price is 91,700 VND/m2/month; the seasonal rental price is 312,860 VND/m2/month, the rental period is 5 years. The official prices will be approved by the investor according to current regulations before making the transaction.

People who want to register to buy, rent or lease out social housing apartments in CT3 building can submit their application directly at the Cultural - Information - Sports Center of Thien Loc commune, Hanoi city.

The Hanoi Department of Construction would like to note that the investor only accepts the application submitted at the above-mentioned location. Organizations and individuals are strictly prohibited from taking advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and deposits in violation of regulations. Any fraudulent acts when declaring and confirming the records of buying and renting social housing when discovered (including during the post-inspection process) will be handled according to current regulations.
