On January 10, the Hanoi City Housing Management Center informed about the number of accommodations, apartments for lease and the number of empty spaces and empty apartments in 2 student housing areas of Phap Van - Tu Hiep, My Dinh II and CT19A Viet Hung social housing area managed by the assigned unit.
Accordingly, to promptly publicize and transparently disclose information about the number of vacant spaces and vacant apartments, and at the same time ensure that tenants are eligible to access information, the Hanoi City Housing Management Center provides information on the data of housing, apartments leased and the number of vacant spaces and vacant apartments in 2 student housing and social housing areas in December 2025, specifically as follows:
- CT19A Viet Hung social housing area, Viet Hung ward, Hanoi:
Number of apartments according to the design in the Housing Area: 515 apartments.
Number of apartments for rent: 513 apartments.
Number of vacant apartments: 2 apartments.
- My Dinh II student housing area, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi:
Number of designated accommodations in the Housing Area: 7,368 accommodations.
Number of accommodations being rented out: 5,484 accommodations.
Number of vacancies: 1,884 accommodations (6 accommodations per apartment).
- Phap Van - Tu Hiep student housing area, Yen So ward, Hanoi:
Number of accommodation according to the design at the Housing Area: 4,776 accommodations (excluding building A1 because the Center has not been handed over or received; and 79 apartments of building A6, 170 apartments of building A5 not meeting the conditions for use).
Number of accommodations being rented out: 3,046 accommodations.
Number of vacancies: 1,730 accommodations (including 8 accommodations per apartment).
