Accordingly, the social housing apartment project belonging to the social housing project on a 1.4ha land plot in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city is invested by Chuong Duong Homeland Joint Stock Company.
On August 29, 2025, the project was reviewed for the selling price and rental price of social housing, accordingly the selling price ranged from 22.3 million VND/m2 to 24.5 million VND/m2.
The social housing project on a 1.4 ha plot of land in Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city is located on Nguyen Van To street, Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province.
The project has a scale of 3 20-storey apartment blocks with a total construction floor area of 100,444.8 m2 including the basement and attic.
The project has a total of 1,098 apartments and a population of 1,900 people.
Previously, on May 21, 2024, the project was started.
