On the morning of August 19, together with provinces and cities across the country, Lam Dong province held a groundbreaking ceremony and inaugurated projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day.
In particular, the Launching Ceremony of the Ham Kiem II Industrial Park Workers' Housing Project in Ham Kiem Commune attracted the attention and anticipation of workers and laborers.

The Ham Kiem II Industrial Park Workers' Housing Project is invested by Binh Tan Joint Stock Company with an area of 31.2 hectares. Including 20 apartment buildings with 5,552 houses for workers and 72 commercial houses. In addition, there are social infrastructure projects such as schools, health stations, cultural houses, sports fields, etc.

Currently, the investor has started construction of lot B2 with 10 floors, with a scale of 280 apartments, completing the infrastructure around area B2. The blocks B1, B3, B4 are implementing construction drawing design.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee emphasized that developing social housing is not only an economic task but also a social security policy, with profound humanity. Thereby demonstrating concern for the lives of workers, laborers, and low-income people with the motto "leaving no one behind".

Recently, at meetings with voters and workers with the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, many workers have expressed their desire to have more social housing projects in industrial parks for workers to buy or rent to live and work more conveniently.

Present at the project launching ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Diem Diem - a worker at Right Rich International Company Limited - excitedly said that this is a very practical project.
Ms. Diem hopes that the project will be completed soon and put into operation so that workers have the opportunity to settle in apartments at suitable prices, get preferential interest loans and get to work closer.

On this occasion, the investor and the construction unit presented 200 million VND to the "Union Shelter" program to workers in Ham Kiem II Industrial Park, equivalent to 5 houses and 200 million VND to support children in the locality to go to school.
On the same morning, Lam Dong also held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Resettlement Area for the North-South high-speed railway project through the province in Ham Kiem commune.

In addition, the National Sports Training Center project in Da Lat (Area B3) was started.
The project is built on an area of 10.29 hectares in Ward 7, Da Lat city (now Langbiang - Da Lat ward, Lam Dong) with a total investment of about 300 billion VND.

In addition, there are 2 projects inaugurated: the road to Phan Thiet airport (phase 2) and Mo Viet bridge, Da Teh district (old).
