The land recovery enforcement board of Duong Kinh ward has organized the enforcement of the land recovery decision for Mr. Tran Quang T and Ms. Vu Thi Ngoc A's households to serve the new urban area construction investment project in Duong Kinh district and Kien Thuy district (now Duong Kinh ward).
The coercion is carried out on the basis of the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and guiding documents for implementation; decisions of Hai Phong City People's Committee and Duong Kinh Ward People's Committee related to land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement.
The land area to be coerced is land plot No. 72, an area of 712.4 m2 of annual crop land, located in Duong Kinh ward. Before organizing the coercion, the Coercion Board had repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, and persuaded households to comply with the land acquisition decision according to the approved compensation and support plan, but the household has not complied.
The coercion session was organized publicly, in accordance with legal procedures. After completing the coercion, the recovered land area was handed over to relevant units to continue implementing the project according to plan, contributing to ensuring the progress of the project to invest in building a new urban area in Duong Kinh ward.
