The Duong Kinh Ward Land Recovery Counseling Board organizes coercion to implement the Land Recovery Decision for households and individuals who have not complied with the handover of land to implement the Urban Renovation Project in Hai Phong residential area, Hoa Nghia ward, Duong Kinh district (now Duong Kinh ward, Hai Phong).
The individuals and households subject to coercion include: Ms. Vu Thi H, using land plot No. 44; Ms. Nguyen Thi Q, using land plot No. 44; Mr. Pham Van Th, person related to land plots No. 36, 37, 40, 40a, 42, 43, 44.
Before organizing coercion, the Ward People's Committee and the Land Recovery Coercion Board have repeatedly propagated, mobilized, dialogued, and explained compensation, support, resettlement policies and land law regulations for households. However, the above cases still did not comply with the land handover.

In the area of land plots subject to recovery, the Head of the Land Recovery Coercion Board announced the coercion decisions, coercion plans and continued to mobilize households to voluntarily hand over land. After the households did not comply, the Coercion Board organized implementation in accordance with regulations.
The coercion process is carried out publicly and democratically, ensuring security and order, safety of people and property. Functional forces coordinate to review the current situation, determine boundaries and markers, organize the relocation of property, dismantle architectural structures and hand over the site to the project implementing unit.
The organization of coercion is to ensure the progress of the Urban Embellishment Project in Hai Phong residential area, contributing to completing technical infrastructure and urban embellishment in the ward.
