On August 31, according to Da Nang City People's Committee, this locality has issued a plan to concretize the directions of the Central Government and the City Party Committee on social housing development. In which, the city emphasizes tightening management, publicity and transparency in identifying beneficiaries of preferential policies.
According to the Plan, the City People's Committee assigns departments, branches and localities to strengthen periodic and unscheduled inspection and supervision of the implementation of housing support policies in the area. Functional agencies will focus on carefully reviewing registration dossiers, promptly detecting and strictly handling cases of intentional false declarations, taking advantage of policies for illegal purchase and sale, and transfer.
In addition to pre-inspection work, the city also requires to promote post-inspection after handing over apartments. Acts of subleasing, transferring purchase slots or using social housing for wrong purposes will be resolutely revoked, administratively sanctioned and the identity of violating individuals and organizations will be publicly disclosed according to legal regulations.
At the same time, Da Nang will proactively monitor and evaluate the developments of the real estate market, thoroughly prevent speculation and price manipulation to ensure that social security policies are close to the right workers with real needs.
Along with tightening management, the city is accelerating the progress of completing planning, creating clean land funds and removing administrative procedures, determined to complete key projects according to commitments before December 31.
