On May 5, the Dak Lak Department of Construction informed that the unit is directing and accelerating the investment progress of social housing projects in the area. Thereby, keeping up with the commitments to provide stable housing for workers.
There are 3 social housing projects invested by enterprises in the province. The construction works from 20% of the land fund have completed the infrastructure, registered to be completed in 2025.
For example, the social housing project in An Phu Urban Area (Tan An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City) invested by An Phu Company has completed 9 apartment blocks with 330 apartments.
A representative of An Phu Company said: "On April 30 and May 1, the investor will technically hand over the first 35 apartments to the owners.
The enterprise is implementing 131 social housing units in the list of registered buyers of employees for handover in June 2025. The remaining apartments will also be completed in 2025".
According to the Department of Construction of Dak Lak province, the unit is coordinating with investors of Eco Premium City social housing projects, Trung Nguyen Coffee City... to complete procedures and legal documents to organize implementation.
These projects are all showing signs of active implementation, aiming to complete the investment of nearly 2,000 social housing units by 2025.
