On May 20, the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee assigned the Land Fund Development Center under the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize an auction of land use rights for 3 plots of land in Nghia Thanh ward (Gia Nghia city).
The auction will be held in 2025.
The plots of land include: plot No. 1 with an area of 234.8m2 (Property introduction house); plot No. 1 ( Kiosk No. 7A, area of 172.5m2) and No. 11 (Kiosk No. 29, area of 231.5m2), reclaimed by Dak Nong Trading and Tourism Company Limited.
The purpose of land use is urban residential land.
The Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee also has specific requirements for the organization of land use rights auctions.
Accordingly, the auction organization must comply with the law, be public, transparent, and strictly handle violations, preventing auction taking from disrupting the market.
The land area put up for auction must comply with the 2024 Land Law.
The auction plan needs to provide full information about the land plot (area, land type, location, planning...), auction form, price step, participation conditions and related responsibilities.
The responsibility of the drafting agency is to select the auction organizer and supervise according to regulations.
The auction organizer must comply with the Law on Property Auction in notifying, receiving documents and organizing auctions.
